The hotel's location is outstanding, conveniently located in a quiet street yet in the heart of Sloane Square with delightful garden square views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, mine was near a noisy generator, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere. Staying at this hotel was quite a mixed experience for me. The rooms were massive with a large bed and sitting areas, making the stay very comfortable; however, I felt that the staff were not very interested in me as a guest, especially since I had booked a standard basic room. The excellent service, especially from the staff on reception, made up for this negative aspect. The location is fabulous, right on Sloane Square, offering a great base for sightseeing and enjoying the vibrant area. The dining experience was good, with delicious breakfast choices that set me up for the day.
